Moment in The Light

And so the Spring of May has melded with the wet summer and blended in to the grey of Autumn.
Soon the leaves will turn and another cycle will be at end.

Life and it's cycles, whirling circles around the dial.

A new wrinkle here, a little less hair
perhaps a notch or two extra on the belt.

News of friends passing in the night.




What do we do?

Reach out!
Grasp on to your hopes.
Cash your dreams.
Make them true.
Moment by moment,
Be sure in your spirit with those you love.
Remember those who are worthy of your friendship.
Treat your children as your first friend-
For as sure as night turns to day,
the summer comes once again
and you shall smile
all the while
even as we cry,
for we know - we know-
within us each
is the light.
